What we collect

• Customers: your email address (to sign you in), the name you give us, an optional postcode (to show what's nearby), your stamps and rewards at each venue, your notification preferences and, if you turn notifications on, a push subscription for your browser.
• Venue owners: your email address, the venue you manage, how many stamps the venue has given and its subscription status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Everyone: the usual server logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To run your stamp card and show you venues and events near you.
• To let venues stamp your card and see how their loyalty scheme is doing. Venues see your name and your stamps at their venue — not your email or your activity elsewhere.
• To send a venue's notification to you only if you have opted in to that venue (never more than once a week per venue). You can opt out at any time.
• To email venue owners about their free-stamp allowance and subscription.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the app for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and the push services built into your browser. We don't sell personal data.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your data while you have an account. Customer cards and stamps are never deleted because a venue stops subscribing. To delete your account and data, email us.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@nipin.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
