Terms of use
Placeholder terms for NipIn, operated by NipIn App Ltd. Last updated: November 2026.
1. What NipIn is
NipIn is a digital stamp-card and what's-on service for venues of all kinds. Customers collect stamps at participating venues and venues run their own loyalty cards, events and news through it.
2. Customers
- Using NipIn as a customer is free.
- Rewards are offered by the venue, not by us. Each venue sets how many stamps a card needs and what the reward is, and may change this.
- Your code is yours — don't share it. Stamps are given at the venue's discretion.
- You can opt in or out of a venue's notifications at any time from the app.
3. Venues
- Venues can use NipIn free of charge until they have given 100 stamps.
- After that, a subscription of £4.99 a month or £49.99 a year is needed to give further stamps. Subscriptions are rolling and can be cancelled at any time; they end at the close of the paid period.
- Notifications sent to opted-in customers are charged separately at 10p per person per notification, with a maximum of one notification per venue per week.
- If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, no customer cards or stamps are deleted. The venue simply cannot give new stamps until a subscription is active again. Customers can still redeem a full card.
- Venues are responsible for honouring the rewards they advertise and for the accuracy of their events, news and offers.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use NipIn to post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, and don't try to interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep NipIn running smoothly but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, NipIn App Ltd is not liable for loss arising from use of the service, including rewards a venue fails to honour. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: hello@nipin.app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
